Dawson Creek, BC
June 1: The alcan highway begins at Dawson Creek, BC. We met several excited travelers who have a destination of Alaska from CO, TX and beyond. The visitors center is filled with interesting details of the building of this highway through the northern Rocky mountain wilderness.
The cat is actually enjoying the trip but prefers staying still in a campground. Our 25ft trailer is very comfortable and easier to haul than we expected.
